Dmitri Telperian

Dmitri Telperian is the court tutor and personal secretary for Princes Jonas and Stephen. His primary duties are to oversee their education. However, he also is in charge of their schedule and court duties as well. King Nicholas has given power over both their schedule and their education to make sure that the former doesn’t overwhelm the latter.
